At Delmarva Inspections Group, we leave no stone unturned when providing an inspections report. The report itself cannot anticipate future problems that may crop up, nor can it expose every issue that exists. The report will reveal the deficiencies and repairs a home may have. And while most repairs are minor and easy fixes, it's not uncommon to expose a sizable problem. The last thing a new home buyer wants to do is repair a home they just purchased.
